DJ Earworm - Shine Brighter - with Lyrics

Every year, my longtime friend DJ Earworm creates a stunning mashup of the 25 "greatest hit" pop songs of the year.  His first attempt to combine 25 songs into a single mashup was entitled "United State of Pop."  Since then, every year he has taken this year-end treat in a different direction, but always with a message and a style unique to him.

This year, the "United State of Pop 2012" is titled "Shine Brighter", and it contains hit songs from Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Rihanna, Psy, Adele, Bruno Mars, Gotye, and Nicki Minaj, plus many more.
More so than ever before, Earworm has deconstructed these 25 songs and then rebuilt his mashup from the ground up.  This is not a DJ remix or a medley of top hits - it is an entirely new song, crafted from the pieces Earworm has carefully chosen, skillfully engineered, and artistically combined.  This song is is something entirely new, entirely by DJ Earworm:

Lyrics
One of the hallmarks of a DJ Earworm mashup is he onstructs new lyrics from the words in the source songs to become a coherent and beautifully written song in and of itself.  It is hardly fair to hear an Earworm mashup and not know the lyrics he created - lyrics that supply his own, completely new, message. 
Although the official lyrics are not released yet, I've included my best guess below.  (Until Earworm releases his version, you can help me improve the accuracy and completeness of these lyrics by leaving a comment below.)
